We collect information you provide when requesting service, creating or administering an account, applying as a provider, communicating with support, approving work, uploading evidence, or making or receiving a payment.

  • Identity and contact information, including name, email, phone number, organization, and account identifiers.
  • Property, service, schedule, access, quote, job, provider, credential, invoice, payment, and payout information.
  • Files and evidence you choose to upload, including documents, photographs, checksums, timestamps, and review status.
  • Device, browser, approximate location, network, authentication, security, consent, and audit information needed to operate and protect the service.

We use information to provide and coordinate requested services; verify identity, authority, credentials, and eligibility; create quotes and work orders; process authorized financial activity; communicate status; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain audit records; support customers and providers; meet legal obligations; and improve reliability and accessibility.

  • Marketing communications are optional and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • We do not sell personal information for money and do not use sensitive operational data for unrelated advertising.

We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to customers, authorized organization members, assigned or prospective providers, payment and identity processors, infrastructure and security vendors, professional advisers, and authorities when required by law or necessary to protect people, property, rights, or the service.

Fixstaq is a business and property-services platform and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as services or law change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product or email notice.
